Vertical Honing

Honing is primarily used to improve the surface texture of a metal workpiece by scrubbing honing stone against the surface along the controlled path. We own a manual vertical honing machine which can work the maximum length of 34”, designed for bores with ID of 25mm – 340mm and a horizontal honing designed for bores with ID of 4mm - 19mm.

5-Axis

5-Axis CNC machine have high-speed build-in spindle, tilting and roating purpose. We own 2 5 -Axis VC-630; measuring 650 X 765 X 520 mm (X by Y by Z), 150 degree (A) and 360 degree (C), able to measure materials from 1” – 13”.

Coordinate Measuring (CMM)

A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is machine which takes readings in six degrees of freedom and displays these readings in mathematical form It is for measuring the physical geometrical characteristics of an object. We are able to provide measuring range up to 1500mm by 1800mm by 700mm.
